Request deletion of your Earnings Locker account
This page is for the Earnings Locker manual time clock app, provided by individual developer Kevin Duff. You can make a deletion request even if you've uninstalled the app.
How to request deletion
- Use the email account associated with your Earnings Locker sign-in if possible.
- Email privacy@earningslocker.com with the subject Earnings Locker account deletion request.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before removing any account data. Do not send passwords or one-time sign-in codes.
If your device does not open email links, send the request manually to privacy@earningslocker.com with the subject above.
What deletion covers
After we verify your request, we can delete the Earnings Locker account and its associated synchronized Personal cloud data. Deleting your account does not automatically erase records kept offline on other devices or reports and backups that you previously exported. Limited records may need to be retained where required for security or legal compliance.
You can also request deletion from within Earnings Locker's account settings, where an authenticated deletion option is available when the cloud service is configured.
For a copy of your personal records, use the app's export function before requesting account deletion.
