Earnings Locker is an offline-first personal time clock for recording work hours, breaks, timesheets and estimated earnings. New users must sign in or create an account during initial setup. Once setup is complete, core manual timekeeping can work offline without a continuous internet connection. Synchronizing personal work records across devices is optional. The app is designed and marketed primarily to adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children.
You may enter a name or profile information, employer and job labels, shifts and breaks, hourly or other pay rates, estimated gross and net earnings, deductions, year-to-date figures, mileage, reimbursements, notes, scheduling preferences and settings. You may also choose profile images or other content supported by the app.
Your manual timekeeping records are stored on your device. If you enable cloud synchronization, supported account and work-record data are also transmitted to the dedicated Earnings Locker backend and stored in a cloud document associated with your account.
Creating or accessing an Earnings Locker account is required for new-user setup. The authentication provider processes the email address, account identifier, sign-in provider and session details needed for that account. Google sign-in may provide your email address, name or profile information according to the Google permissions you approve. You can alternatively use an email sign-in link or an account password.
Earnings Locker uses a separate Supabase project for required new-user authentication and optional synchronization of personal timekeeping data. Signing out does not automatically delete an existing cloud copy; account deletion is available separately.
Earnings Locker includes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) software for limited advertising intended to support the free app. Advertising is not required to clock in, clock out or view work records. The application may offer banner, occasional interstitial and voluntary rewarded advertisements after relevant consent and launch approvals.
When advertising services are enabled, Google's Mobile Ads SDK can collect or receive information such as IP address (which may indicate general geographic area), advertising and other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and performance or diagnostic data. The SDK may process or share these data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Relevant consent or privacy choices are offered where required; non-personalized ad requests do not mean that the SDK collects no data.
Earnings Locker does not deliberately provide your entered shifts, pay rates, employer/job records or work notes to AdMob for targeting ads. The Android manual time-clock release does not request precise GPS or background location permission and does not perform geofencing or route tracking. Manually entered mileage or workplace labels are not GPS tracking.
Information is used to operate your time clock, calculate estimates, present records, enable requested cloud synchronization, provide authentication, offer customer support, maintain security, handle deletion requests and, where enabled, support advertising and its consent obligations.
We use Supabase to provide user accounts and optional synchronized storage, Google for optional Google sign-in and AdMob advertising, and Cloudflare to host the support and deletion-request pages and to handle business email routing, outgoing messages and secure mail storage. Email sent to Earnings Locker may be processed using Cloudflare Email Workers and stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage (including message text and attachments), or forwarded to an operator-managed email inbox while mailbox migration is in progress. These service providers may process information as needed to perform their functions and according to their own privacy practices. Visiting the support website may generate standard network requests and security logs, including technical connection information.
We do not sell or intentionally share your user-entered work records for advertising targeting. Records are shared outside Earnings Locker when you explicitly export or send them using your device's share tools, when service providers need them to perform the requested service, or when required by applicable law. Once you export a document, its handling by the destination is outside the app's control.
Local timekeeping records generally remain on the device until you remove them, erase the app's data, or uninstall the app (depending on platform backup behavior). Optional synchronized records and account details are maintained while the Earnings Locker account exists and are deleted from the active account service when an authenticated account-deletion operation is completed. The cloud document is tied to the authentication account and is configured for cascading deletion when that account is removed.
You can initiate account deletion inside Earnings Locker account settings when signed in and the deletion service is available. You can also request account and associated cloud-data deletion without the app by visiting https://earnlocker-help.kduff1981.workers.dev/account-deletion.html and contacting privacy@earningslocker.com. We may verify that the requester controls the relevant account before processing a manual request. Do not send passwords or one-time sign-in codes.
Account deletion does not automatically erase local records on another device, independently exported reports, email messages you have sent, or copies held by recipients. Limited operational logs, legal records or security information may be retained only where needed for legitimate security, fraud prevention, operational or legal purposes. Service-provider backup copies and logs may persist under the providers' own retention schedules before being overwritten or expired. We do not promise immediate removal from every independently maintained backup.
Support and privacy correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and handle legitimate follow-up or legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about a particular deletion request or the data we hold.
Cloud requests are sent over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Supported account credentials and sessions use authentication and secure platform storage practices; no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and account and preserve an independent backup of records needed for employment, tax or legal purposes.
After completing initial account setup, you can use core manual timekeeping offline, decide whether to use optional synchronization, correct or export supported records, remove device-local records, and request account deletion. Android advertising preferences and any applicable in-app consent/privacy options may provide additional controls.
